One2Connect was founded in 2002 and is structured as an association that offers its members opportunities to work on exciting and innovative projects.
There are several types of memberships, each with their own specific way of tying in to the association.
One2Connect offers its members ready to go assignments, that can be executed within your own country based from your own home.
One2Connect focuses on IT and Telco products and solutions.

We offer direct sales as well as indirect sales services to our clients.


We call it the Next Generation Company.
The success in attaining corporate objectives is directly related to the advantage of having an experienced sales force. You will establish your own independent company, but you will work in a team using the One2Connect brand name, methodologies developed and infrastructure. Based on consistent efforts, you'll be able to grow it substantially, thanks to the combined efforts of all individual members and the association as a whole. Opportunities
Members of the One2Connect association can be divided in two types:
  1. Associate
  2. Affiliate
Associates
Our associates are expected to fulfill a dual role. As associate, you acquire new assignments for the One2Connect organization and also execute specific sales assignments acquired mostly by other associates but sometimes by yourself.
Associates are closely tied into the One2Connect Association and get access to all the sales tools and our CRM system, Quick2Connect.
Affiliates
Affiliates carry out assignments available for execution. Based on their experience and their business network, they will be invited to evaluate assignments that match their profile. When they decide that they want to carry out the assignment, they will get a full information package for that assignment.

Whether you choose to become Associate or Affiliate, the central organisation will be there to help you if need be.

Acquisition ( Associates only )
Associates are responsible for the identification of companies wishing to establish or expand their business in their own or another region and introducing our service portfolio to them.
As an associate, you will market One2Connect's product offering (the commercial services) to these companies. In addition, you negotiate and close agreements on behalf of One2Connect.
We have set high standards and will not accept every opportunity. In order to enforce this associates are required to inform the association (through our sales system) of the developments within the acquisition process at an early stage. We have clearly defined service models and any deviation from the standard should be approved before being proposed to your prospects.
As associate, you are responsible for delivering complete information on the assignments you acquired for the Association. Our Quick2Connect tool makes this very easy. As associate, you provide this information not only when the agreement is signed but, from an early stage of the acquisition process by saving all call reports, e-mails and meeting information and making it available to the members. The big advantage is that other members, with knowledge about your prospect's product portfolio or the region the prospect is targeting, can thus easily support you in the acquisition process.

Execution ( Associates and Affiliates )
We have an extensive list of assignments readily available to start working on from Day 1! !
One2Connect has implemented a formal but easy to execute enrolment process. With a few clicks of the mouse you can state your interest. Your manager and the acquiring associate will then review your enrolment.
While doing this, you build documentation on the case, creating reports to the clients and set up your own forecast.
Reporting ( Associates and Affiliates )
Quick2Connect is our platform for publicizing information, reporting forecasts, status and activities to both our clients and to the One2Connect association. This allows each stakeholder to obtain information and create a report at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, independent of the status of your work. Obviously you keep the system updated at any time.
No more last minute calls from your client to create a report on the developments.
Your Profile
The members of our Association are the professionals of the new millennium. You have the ambition to manage your own company, being part of a strong organization with a strong brand name. At the same time, you feel the desire to work with a group of independent business people who share the same vision and goals.
One2Connect Association member candidates must meet the following criteria: :
Personal
  • Integrity
  • Extensive experience in the business to business environment
  • Excellent social skills
  • Self motivated
  • Initiative
Professional
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in sales and/or sales management in the following:
    • Telecommunication
    • Data communication
    • Software applications
    • Consultant
    • Services
  • Proven sales record of revenue achievement
  • Excellent knowledge of your native language and English.
  • You must establish your own business entity (if residing in an EC country, you must have a valid VAT registration)
  • The means to support your standard of living for 4 to 6 months.
Ideal Profilele
  • Extensive experience in the Information-Communication-Technology business environment
  • Ability to maintain relationships at the highest level within manufacturers and vendors of Information-Communication-Telecommunication companies
  • Ability to maintain relationships within the outlet channels for products manufactured by these companies
